Zig Zag Slip Stitch Join

MATERIALS:

Yarn of your choice
Crochet hook – appropriate size for your yarn
Yarn needle to weave in ends
Scissors

STITCHES & ABBREVIATIONS:
*Written in US terms

Slip stitch (Sl St)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Begin with the right side of your squares facing you.
Join the first corner:
- Insert your hook into the corner stitch (from front to back).
- Yarn over and pull through all loops to create a slip stitch.
The zigzag:
- Insert your hook into the corner stitch on the other square (from front to back), yarn over, and pull through all loops (slip stitch).
- Then, insert your hook into the next stitch on the first square (from front to back), yarn over, and pull through all loops.
- Repeat this process, alternating between the squares to create the zigzag pattern.
Finish the join:
- Once you’ve joined all the stitches, fasten off, and weave in the ends.
